We are international consultants and manufacturers' representatives serving the global tool, die and stamping industry. Founded in 1991 by Gary and Patty Gathen after many years in related companies we offer clients sales and marketing services, process improvement, business management assistance and have applied Lean manufacturing implementation, focused on Lean tool and die manufacturing.

Lean implementation has made enormous strides in cost and delivery time for many companies. We believe that Lean tool and die making can indeed be effective in our industry, although it must be applied differently than it is for high volume, low mix production, Within a short time tool and die shops can compete head-to-head against low labor cost countries. However, agressive steps must be taken immediately because Lean can not be accomplished overnight.
